Reimbursements

The Opportunity

Amazon’s fulfilment and fee systems process billions of transactions. Errors are a structural reality. The average active seller is owed hundreds to thousands of dollars in unclaimed reimbursements at any given point in time; and Amazon does not proactively tell you about them.

We audit your account systematically, identify every valid claim, and manage the recovery process from submission through to resolution.

What We Recover

Amazon makes errors. Inventory gets lost. Returns go missing. Fees get miscalculated. Most sellers never recover what they are owed because auditing for it takes time and expertise they do not have. We do it for them.

01

Lost and Damaged Inventory in Warehouse

When Amazon loses or damages your inventory in their fulfilment centres, you are entitled to reimbursement. We identify every qualifying incident and submit claims on your behalf.

02

Missing Customer Returns

When a customer receives a refund but the item is never returned to your inventory, Amazon owes you. These claims are time-sensitive and easily missed. We catch them.

03

Incorrect Referral Fees

Referral fees are category-based. If your product is miscategorised or a fee is applied incorrectly, you are overpaying on every sale. We audit your fee history and file for refunds on overcharges.

04

FBA Fee Errors

FBA fees are based on product dimensions and weight. Incorrect measurements in Amazon's system lead to systematic overcharging. We identify measurement discrepancies and recover the overpayments.

05

Missing Removal Orders

Inventory removed from Amazon fulfilment centres should either be returned or reimbursed if lost in transit. We reconcile every removal order and file for missing inventory.

06

Reimbursement Gaps and Clawback Challenges

Amazon sometimes reimburses at lower values than owed, or reverses previously approved reimbursements. We audit for gaps and challenge clawbacks where they are unjustified.

What It's Costing You to Do Nothing

Most sellers leave thousands on the table simply because auditing for it requires time and systems they do not have. We have both. You shipped the inventory. You paid the fees. If Amazon got it wrong, you are entitled to that money back. We make sure you get it.
